7. PROHIBITED ACTIVITIES

• Engaging in collusion with other Players
• Using automated software or bots

8. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

NightBet Casino retains all rights, title, and interest in and to the Platform, including but not limited to its trademarks, logos, copyrights, and patents.

You agree not to use any NightBet Casino trademark, logo, or other intellectual property without prior written consent from NightBet Casino.

9. DISPUTE RESOLUTION

Any disputes arising out of or related to this Agreement shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the Arbitration Association.

You agree that by participating in Gaming Activities on the Platform, you are waiving your right to sue in court and any other form of dispute resolution.

10. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Curaçao (International licence accepted by many Canadian players).

You agree that any claims or disputes arising out of or related to this Agreement shall be brought exclusively in the courts of Curaçao.

11. AMENDMENTS AND CHANGES

NightBet Casino reserves the right to modify, alter, or delete any part of these Terms and Conditions at its sole discretion without prior notice.

You agree that your continued use of the Platform after any modifications to these Terms and Conditions shall constitute acceptance of such changes.

12. TERMINATION

NightBet Casino may terminate your access to the Platform at any time without notice for any reason or no reason.

Upon termination, you agree to immediately cease using the Platform and return all property and materials related thereto to NightBet Casino.

By accessing or using the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with these terms, please exit the Platform immediately.
